You've spent weeks planning and designing the table..
but
what's for Easter dinner?
The Tall One and I would LOVE to have lamb
but
The Monster is a ham fan..
I'm not sure if you have noticed but the folks over at Williams-Sonoma have certainly kicked it up a notch!
I am not sure who is responsible for their marketing but I have to say they are absolute geniuses..
I probably get a zillion copies of their catalog and I tend to just throw them in the recycling pile
but
all it took was one read and I became hooked..
The catch?
They have added recipes to go with their products!
Easter is no exception and I really can't decide which one to try!
Leg of Lamb with Garlic Butter
Eoasted Asparagus and Morels with Shallot Butter
Roasted Potatoes with Sea Salt
Italian Almond Tart
Rack of Lamb with Mint Sauce
Beet Salad with Chevre and Walnuts
Roasted Asparagus with Lemon
Cream Cheese Pound Cake with Lime Glaze
Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Leg of Lamb
Chilled Potato Leek Soup with Fennel and Watercress
Potatoes with Olives and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Cold Lemon Souffle
Roasted Ham with Creole Glaze
Potatoes Lyonnaise
Collard Greens with Benne Seeds and Chili Oil
Cafe Brulot Custard
They also have a Dairy Free Dinner, a Vegetarian Dinner and a Mediterranean Dinner.
So...
What are you having for Dinner?
This all looks so delicious! Maybe I'll whip up Ms Childs' coq au vin...
