You big giant fibber..

You were supposed to come in like a lion and out like a lamb...

I feel robbed, bamboozled and even hornswoggled...

But what's a girl to do??
I guess..
Make this little blog as Springy as Springy can be...
There will be flowers, bunnies and perhaps something new...
I might even backtrack and start posting work as
I am behind a year or two.. 
So think Spring with all your might..
and who knows..
Someone may be listening and turn things right...

There is nothing better than a skateboard, a pair of chucks, a bunny and the dream of 20 days till Spring to start a new month right!!

As a child, my father used to whisper in my ear..

 "Bunny Bunny Rabbit Rabbit" 

during the early morning of each new month.

Luckily one can take that literally as the Easter Bunny will be hippity hopping down our trail in just 30 short days...

I thought maybe this year the Easter Bunny might not be making his stop at our antiquated farmhouse...

Thankfully someone (besides myself) is super deliciously excited for his arrival..

That my friends is a true gift..

Making this years Easter..

Have you heard about Ollie the Rabbit?

It's a fabulous love story about a girl and rabbit..

The girl saved Ollie's life from a ferocious snake and the two have been inseperable ever since..

For most, March is one those strange transitional months...It's not quite Winter and not quite Spring. It can be very cold, damp, dreary and wet with the possibility of a snow shower or two. Those fabulous new colorful Spring clothes which you have been dying to wear still have to hang in your closet until mid-April even though it's considered "Spring".

But for me, the signs of crocuses and daffodils peeking through the soil give me hope for warmer weather just around the corner. What keeps me even warmer during this month??  The most wonderful of wonderful memories of some of the most special moments and occasions of my life that just so happen this week of March.

A very handsome, tall and loving man asked me to marry him, overlooking 3 states with a sun and a moon high in the sky.

We just so happened to find our antiquated farmhouse to call our very own.

Our first born son (with a tail), the distinguished Mr. Hobbes, was born this week and it only took us 7 months to find him.

Yet, I wouldn't have all these wonderful memories without this amazing person who just so happens to celebrate his birthday today...
